Our Cancellation Policy
At The Dram Team, we know that sometimes circumstances change. And since we strive to give the best customer service we can, having a straightforward and easy cancellation process is a big part of that. In a nutshell, we try to give our customers the same freedom and flexibility that we ourselves would want.
You can cancel your subscription any time you want, because we believe in making everything we do as easy as possible for you. Alternatively, if you've found yourself with a backlog of whisky, or you just need to take a break, you can also pause your subscription for as long as you like.
All you need to do is simply log in to your online account, and select "Manage my subscription".
If you're having problems logging in to your account, write to our Whisky Butler, Woodhouse, at email@example.com, and explain the situation, and we'll be on hand to help within 1-2 working days.
Cancelling Gift Subscriptions
If you've been gifted one of our whisky subscriptions and you need to cancel it, simply get in touch with us via the same email address. Please quote your activation code (if you still have it) and the name and contact details of the person who bought it for you, and we'll get it sorted.
