We have a very straightforward returns/refund policy: If we
make an error in anyway, or you are dissatisfied, however little and whatever
the reason, we'll do our best to put it right.
Your happiness and satisfaction is more important to us than our profits.

All orders have the legal minimum cooling-off period of 14 days from delivery during
which they can be cancelled and refunded. Where there is no issue with the goods, we respectfully ask customers to
bear some of the cost of the initial and return shipments.
We'll always do our best to find a solution that leaves you happy, even if it costs us money.
Standard UK shipping is free, extra charges apply for remote
and island locations.
International shipping is charged based on the delivery country and the total
weight and size of your order.
Shipping options and costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. In most cases there will be only one shipping rate and you do not need to choose.
Where a choice is provided, please choose the rate that best suits your location or preference.
All shipping is charged at cost. We will NEVER profit from sending you your
goods.
UK orders are often delivered within two working days, and sometimes the next working day. Please allow 3 days total for delivery, or more if you live in a remote or island location.
US orders typically take from 17-20 working days to be delivered, but this can vary significantly depending on locations.
Other international orders vary, but the vast majority of orders should be delivered within 5-10 working days.
In the UK we use DPD as standard, with DHL used for heavier or more premium goods.
For US orders we use a specialist shipper called CID (Connoisseur International Distribution). The US delivery can be made be any of UPS, Fedex or DHL.
Other international orders are all shipped via DHL.
All UK orders are subject to VAT at the standard rate, and this is included in the product price.
Non-UK orders do not include VAT.
For US orders all taxes and duties are included in the product price, with no extra charges upon customs clearance or delivery.
For other international orders, taxes, duties and customs charges may be the responsibiity of the customer, and may need to be paid upon the goods entering your country, before final delivery can take place.
Of course, we will always do our best to minimise the hassle for our customers, and to help if there are any issues at all.
