We currently deliver all our products to all UK locations.
We are currently able to ship The Dram Team Scotch Whisky Tasting Map to 35 US states, with delivery typically taking 4-5 weeks total.
US states we are NOT able to ship to are Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North and South Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Virginia & West Virginia. We are also unable to ship to US territories, US PO boxes or armed forces addresses.
US shipping is managed by a third party UK-to-US alcohol shipping specialist called Connoisseur International Distribution (CID), with in-country/state final delivery by US couriers (DHL, Fedex or UPS).
For all orders, end-to-end tracking will be available via your fulfilment confirmation email or the order confirmation page on our website, and we are always happy to help with any delivery queries or concerns via our customer service email.
Other international shipping locations are being added throughout 2025 for various products.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout, depending on where you live and what you are buying.
Standard UK shipping is free, extra charges apply for remote and island locations.
International shipping is charged based on the delivery country and the total weight and size of your order.
Shipping options and costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. In most cases there will be only one shipping rate and you do not need to choose.
Where a choice is provided, please choose the rate that best suits your location or preference.
All shipping is charged at cost. We will NEVER profit from sending you your goods.
All alcoholic products sold by The Dram Team are sold subject to UK alcohol tax (duty), which is included in the price.
UK sales are subject to VAT at the current rate. Sales outside of the UK are not subject to this tax, and prices do not include it.
We use a specialist US shipper who sort out US taxes. These costs are factored into the US shipping charges, meaning there's nothing further for US customers to pay. You will therefore not be charged anything extra upon goods entering the US or being delivered.
For all other territories, including those in Europe, please note: your order could be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in the destination country. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, The Dram Team has no control over these charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay any import duties and taxes, this could result in the goods being destroyed by customs or being returned back to us - any refund offered would include a deduction of our costs.
Of course, we will always do our best to minimise the hassle for our customers, and to help if there are any issues at all with goods entering your country.
Orders are despatched from our UK warehouse Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays. Most orders are despatched the same or next working day.
As the delivery involves alcohol, you, or your authorized recipient, must be of legal drinking age in the country of delivery and available to present identification. If no one of legal drinking age is present, delivery will be postponed to another time. If delivering to a public address, like your workplace or office, please make sure the parcel is accepted by a trusted individual.
Age and ID checks are not standard but we do regularly require signatures due to the value of the goods and sensitive nature of selling alcohol online.
