Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before entering this giveaway. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Dram Team Ltd (“The Dram Team”), a company registered in England and Wales.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party platform.

2. Eligibility

• Open only to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Prize can only be delivered to a UK address.

• Entrants must provide a valid email address.

• One entry per person.

• Employees or contractors of The Dram Team are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

• Opens: Tuesday 9 December 2025

• Closes: Sunday 14 December 2025 at 23:59 UK time

Entries received outside these dates will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

• Enter via the official giveaway entry form hosted by The Dram Team.

• You must confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and agree to be contacted by The Dram Team in relation to this giveaway and other whisky-related updates.

• No purchase necessary.

5. Prize Details

One winner will receive a whisky bundle worth £300+, consisting of:

a) Six premium whisky tasting sets

• 5 drams per set (30 drams total) from our Find A New Favourite range.

• All six sets will be shipped together in a single parcel, not monthly.

b) One pair of professional Glencairn whisky-tasting glasses

Shipped together with the tasting sets.

c) One A2 Scotch distillery map poster (unframed)

Shipped together with the tasting sets.

d) One full-size 70cl bottle of whisky

• The bottle will be chosen based on the winner’s favourite whisky from the 30 drams.

• The winner will confirm their choice via email.

• The full-size bottle will be shipped separately once confirmed.

• Approximate value: up to £50.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The draw will take place on Monday 15 December 2025.

• The winner will be notified by email (or phone if provided).

• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, The Dram Team reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Fulfilment

• The tasting sets, poster, and glasses will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the winner’s address.

• They will be shipped via a next working day courier service (remote areas may require an additional day).

• The 70cl bottle will be dispatched after the winner confirms their chosen whisky via email.

8. General Terms

• No cash alternative is available.

• Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

• The Dram Team may substitute items of equal or greater value if any element becomes unavailable.

• The Dram Team is not responsible for entry errors, technical issues, or courier delays.

• By entering, you agree that your name may be used in winner announcements.
